The top half of the vacant hill is the lot for sale. Click to see a large image.

We are selling a hillside lot at the high-security Xavier Estates in Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. See map. The lot is 337 square meters and about 400 meters above sea level, so it is flood-free. It is also near SM City Cagayan de Oro, Xavier University High School, Corpus Christi School, iLearn (an occupational therapy school for children), Premium Motoren BMW, Mercury Drug, and a fitness gym.

Inside Xavier Estates is a country club with a swimming pool, bowling alley, basketball and tennis courts, and Richview Chalets. The lot for sale is only walking distance from these amenities.

Take note that after typhoon Sendong hit Cagayan de Oro, and damaged mainly the coastal areas and lowlands near the rivers, many people bought lots in hill subdivisions. Xavier Estates, the first hill subdivision in Cagayan de Oro, experienced a surge in lot purchases and house constructions. It's a popular choice because it puts a premium on security. Guards thoroughly check visitors and homeowners. A. Brown Company, Inc. owns and manages Xavier Estates.
